The By-Laws & Policies Committee have been meeting over the last couple of months to review and make recommendations to the Local Executive Board.
On January 29th, the changes to the By-Laws were presented to the Executive Board and a motion was passed recommending them to the General Membership. They were presented and passed by the General Membership at the General Membership Meeting on February 10, 2009.
The By-Laws have been sent to CUPE National for final approval.
